Used to watch it, with some trepidation, when Tezzy was the host, but OH doesn't like the present incumbant.

No I dont' think we should stop entering the contest. We came fifth last year, and last this year. Wouldn't it be sour grapes if we then pulled out in a huff?

No, we keep trying, that's what we do, as with any other contest, and let's learn something from those countries who win it.

Our song wasn't good enough this year. To be honest, for a change it had nothing to do with the political voting that has gone on in the past. Our song was so bad even Malta couldn't give us points, and they always do LOL

Nope, a better song, written by a more suitable writer is the answer. It's all very well putting Andrew Lloyd Webber in the spotlight as we did last year, but he's a theatre writer, and Pete Waterman this year? Well what we got is a re-hashed 80s number...which simply didn't work. Pete Waterman writes one style and one style only, and last night's entry didn't sound so different from all his others from 20 and 30 years ago. Thats why we came last in my opinion.

I didnt see any of it even though the lad singing was localish.

Just seen an interview with him on local news.
He said he was a bit worried about the reaction when he got back to the U.K but people were fine and he is still going to carry on with his music.

Maybe Simon Cowell could come up with the winning formular next year.

It was so cheesy.It's seems we are stuck in the past.I have to say our song made me cringe lol.I think we should still enter the competition ,but 'get with it '!!!!!!.It is 2010 and not the 70's.We did well back then but times have changed.

Nearly every country has come last and most have won. Look at Turkey and Norway both have come last more than once yet have also won
