well dont try fly spray
because of stupid EEC toxic chemicals rules it wont kill them

Buy some old-fashioned powder sink scourer,and when you have done your breakfast dishes,sprinkle some in the wet sink and leave.

I noticed years ago that if you do this, you don't get flies in the kitchen.

Rottie,you were asking about how to get rid of flies?

A shop I know, at the back have a skip with bottles,part filled with fish water tied to the corners, the flies enter the bottle and are trapped....
rather like the wasp traps we used to make at camp with a jamjar with a hole in the lid.......

We have these fly nets on all doors and windows, Flys can't get in, but plenty of fresh air, can.
