Hello everyone, I've not been here for a long time but if ever i need some input, this is always the best place :)
I was wondering if any of you ladies and gentelmen have ever had cholionic irrigation (sp) sort of a super duper enema lol. I've been thinking of having it done because of health problems so any input from experience would be a great help?

Have you tried googling "colonic irrigation" - if you are thinking of having it done because of health problems, it may be worth asking your Doctor for his opinion first.

Have you tried rhubarb, liquorice, all bran, baked beans, plenty of fresh fruit, granary bread, exlax even...There's all sorts of things to keep you moving, you probably don't need a hosepipe up your exhaust pipe!

Dont forget prunes! Porridge will often help a sluggish system, eaten with a couple of prunes every morning. There is also Lactulose taken regularly. Edited twice for spelling mistakes, definitely not with it today!
