After all the worry with mum, something good - Hubby and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

Congratulations, My OH bought me an amethyst ring which I wanted, and it has since had to be enlarged! Such a long time ago, and I thought then what an old married woman I was!

I was 35 yesterday. Today while looking for something I found all my silver wedding cards. Decided ten years is long enough for them to gather dust so they are in the bin.

Thank you all for your wishes, We have both worked, but had a nice meal - just the 2 of us on last sunday, before we visited mum, in hospital.
We plan something for later - when mum is out of hosp. and able to join in.
Purple liz - it was , and does not seem that long, where has time gone??
Julie ann - we tend to get something for the home that we want/or needs replacing. Have done for years, but hink he has something up sleeve, though.

Marion and hubby, many congratulations on your 35 years.

It will be lovely to have a celebration when your Mum is out of hospital Liz, and I hope any special surprise your hubby has up his sleeve, will be the icing on the cake.

For sure, I will never make a 25th anniversary lol, not in this life lol
Never made anything legal whoever I was with, and not about to now!

It's a nice idea to do something when your Mum is ok.

I didnt even get a card from my oh this year, saying that, I never bought him one either lol.Just never got round to it.
