? I know it's not everyone's thing but working in retail for a long time i still find it fascinating to see how businesses can be turned around :)

Love her approach to the problems faced by the shops.

Brilliant series and hope they do another one

I do, Rose.

I also love the Hotel Inspector

My job is to manage a team of business advisers so I really relate to programmes like these,

Sue, it's a hard habit to break lol I often go into shops and think I 'would do such and such differently' or 'it would work better if....'

Quite agree Rose

Especially when the owner seems to have lost sight of the customer

I've never had anything to do with retail - but find it fascinating!

Brilliant programmes, both of them. I love anything like that.

What about that poor girl who went for a haircut like Cheryl Cole's and came out with a really short cut. I couldn't believe she didn't speak up when he first talked about cutting it so short.

I know hairdressers' inches are always more than an inch but that was ridiculous lol
