Dear All

Hello

Hope you are well and doing okay.

An unofficial ceremony will be held in London's Hyde Park on Wednesday to mark the fifth anniversary of the 7 July bombings.

Survivors and families of those who lost their lives will lay flowers by 52 steel pillars which represent those killed.

To remember always.

Thank you for posting this Elizabeth :)

Like many I remember the panic of trying to contact a friend who should have been on her way to work that day ( thankfully safe). Remembering all those who were touched by the tragic events of the day.

Dear Rambling Rose and Rita

Hello

Hope you are both well and okay.

Thank you for replying to the post.

I am very glad your friend and daughter was okay.
It was a very bad day, wondering if loved ones were caught up in the events. The worrying was terrible.

I think people were in a state of shock for days afterwards.

Take gentle care, ladies
Very best wishes

Dear All

Hello

Hope you are well and okay.

An unofficial ceremony was held in Hyde Park to mark the fifth anniversary of the 7 July bombings in the capital.

Survivors and families of those who lost their lives in the terror attacks laid flowers by 52 steel pillars which represent those killed.

A one-minute silence was observed and a wreath was laid in the name of Prime Minister David Cameron, who did not attend the service.

In a hand-written message attached to the wreath Mr Cameron said: "In memory of the victims of terrorism in London on 7 July 2005. They will never be forgotten."

Acting Labour leader Harriet Harman said in the Commons: "We stand with the government in our determination to defeat those who would bring terror to our streets."

The Muslim Council of Britain will lead a delegation from the community to pay their respects at the Hyde Park memorial.

Take very gentle care
Very sincere wishes
xx

We will always remember them and they must never be forgotten

My nieces husband was one of thespecial paramedics that day. He will not talk to the family about his experience believing that what he did was simply a job he was trained to do....
I think of him and others like him,

Bridget

May they rest in peace

Thank you, Elizabeth.

Thinking of all affected by it, especially right now two former members of the site, Bryan, paramedic, and Ken, train driver.
