About time too. Would be bombers given the right to stay here even though proven to be a threat to National security, because they might be treated badly if deported that is one thing, but homosexual men and lesbian women at risk of being imprisoned or executed for their sexuality, 98% were unsuccessful in their pleas, and were deported back to countries where they would certainly have been persecuted at the least... now this court ruling shows a truly humanitarian approach, in my opinion, and not before time.

Thats why I love this Courtry so much the freedom of speach that my father and millions of others fought so hard for, I like millions of others can fall in love with whom I please, without fear of being stoned to dealth, I welcome the ruling.

Seems to me that these people only have to say they're gay and they can come in. How can anyone prove they are or are not gay? Looks like its open house time again.
