york, she had 1 scary moment but went on to have a brill sight seeing holiday.
Donna's plane was delayed 12 hours so she wasnt met at the airport the tour with a rep wasnt due to meet them for a few days but she was meeting up with a friend in new york.
Donna left the plane and headed for the underground (i didnt know about this i would have been frantic) anyway she gets on correct tube but feels ill after quoite a few stops, she wasnt aware of the miles that could take place for each block so thinking she could walk the few blocks left she fot her map out and started walking she needed a drink and decided it was infact too far to walk so in new mexico or little mexico she walked into a Burger King and ask if she could have a coke, she was told to get out, she explained she wasnt quite sure where she was and could she ring a taxi, again but louder she was told to get out, i was mad as to whhat could of happened to her she had a back pack on and looked like a lost tourist which i guess she was , she decided to get back on the tube and kept her head down till her stop, thankfully she went on th have the most fantastic holiday ever and seeing some bootiful things like the sun set in the grand canyon meeting a tribe and dancing wit them round a fire a barn party in utah sounds excellent it was for a month and only cost a couple of grand for a month she said los angelese was a dump (sorry) her words not mine and instead of coming back a porker she lost 2 stone lol, she lost some weight before she went to accomadate some american food too xx

wowwww how brave of her I would of rang BC or someone to fly out to NY to come and get me...lol

No, not BC.... she would have stayed and had a ball, lolol!!

Puss I am so pleased she had a good time over there, it will be something she will always look back on and remember with pleasure and more than a few laughs.... even her *coke* experience... my hubby had a few moments like that the first time he was ever based with Americans, our language is the same, but so very very different at times, lol

My eldest is away on her first trip with friends abroad in Spain.(they are all 19)
Shes havining a great time and Im trying to stop my over active imagination working overtime. lol

thats good teresa , if Donna had gone on the correct day she would have been met, i thought shooting off to london at 17 was a wild thing to do lol
