Hi Sarah,

Theres also another way to have a paper copy of your tree, and that is to go to the page where you view your tree, then click 'full tree'. You will then get an option on the left hand side to adjust the font size and print.

Got it!!

Click on Help (toolbar far right) then in the FAQ's section on the left, click on General, and it is towards the bottom on there!!

I couldn't find it so I sent them a mail and they sent the charts directly to me . I didn't get a reply about them taking the charts off so I don't know if it's permenant.

This might sound a bit dim - on the homepage there used to be a bit that you could use to print off family charts to have a paper copy of your tree aswell - has it disappeared completely as I can't seem to find it?
