Will find out today if he will ever be released from prison.

He murdered 13 women and attempted to murder 7 others. A judge at his trial in 1981 recommended 30 years, which would have made him eligible to apply for release in January next year, but no formal tariff was set.

What do we all think? Release him? Has he done his time? Or should he never be released?
