Maybe they are trying to cut back on time and cost of dinner ladies or midday supervisors as their title is these days I think.

Seems too much of a rush to me, kids need time out and time to run about outside or get some fresh air during the day.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. It just encourages them that meals are meant to be eaten fast.

my girls have two half hour breaks, the first one at 11am to get and eat their lunch....not sure why they give them the second because they're not allowed in the canteen....usually my girls take a sarnie with them because half hour just isn't long enough to queue and eat,

they arent allowed off site at moment.

Its so they can get another lesson in are reducing length of lessons and adding in extra one and now will have no form time in morning will go straight to leson but have a small form time every afternoon wonder where the assemblies fit in.

next year Laddos time i being reduced to half an hour and in that time they have to queue up get pay for then eat their lunch at minute it is 40 minutes.

Cant see it working and have been told that as they get a morning break of 15 minute they could have their lunch then.

Can see them all going for the quick to eat stuff and cant be good for their digetion
