WHAT IS INCLUDED ON DEATH CERTIFICATE

I would like to know what is included on the death certificate. I am looking at Robert Broughton District Erpingham Volume 13 Page 65. March 1841 quarter. Will it have more than the church burial's record?. |

well the cause of death would be stated and the informants name may well be a family member. |
