Unable to view any trees

I have raised this before but the earlier thread has not revealed a solution so I am trying again.

I am unable both my own tree and other trees which have been opened for me to view. I have been unable to obtain a solution for Genes technical support.

The problem seems to relate to access of the tree builder. I am an experienced IT professional so I am fairly sure that I have checked all the normal things which might prevent access. The only difference with my set up here is that I use a two-way satellite connection for my broadband access as I live in a rural area in France where more conventional access is unavailable. However, this facility in all other respects operates normally in that can enjoy all other internet based facilities - so my problem seems to relate uniquely to access of the tree builder in genes.

I would welcome suggestions help and in particular would like to hear from anyone else who has the same problem.

Could it be that the Flash Player needs updating.

The flash player is up to date - I have this problem on both computers here - I have narrowed down the the issue to timeout settings on Genes servers - I need to see if they can confirm that from their log files. It should be clear if I can persuade them to examine them.
