Hi Lizz, is the appointment with the GP or Hospital?

Wednesday must seem like an age away when waiting for appointments. Big hugs to you both.

Hi Lizz

Lots of {{{HUGS}}} to your daughter

My daughter 11 found a lump recently which turned out to be the beginnings of puberty !

Took her to the walk in centre & a smashing lady doctor told her the youngest case she'd ever heard of having breast cancer was a woman of 23. & below that age itself its very rare. if unknown

If you have a walk in centre why not take her there ? Or ring the doctors again to explain shes very distressed & can she be seen tonight or in the morning as an emergency

Please keep us all informed how she gets on.

have always had lumpy boobs!! . lots of hugs to her as I expect she is thinking the worst but tell her its most probably hormonal. MOST lumps turn out to be harmless cysts that often disperse with no treatment.
Can appreciate both of your worries tho so BIG (((hugs))) to you both

( tried to big HUGS with > around it but genes didnt like it !!)

I found a lump abt 3 years back. The Doctor referred me to the Breast Clinic (which was abt 3 weeks later) and the lump had gone..Hormonal I think she said it was.

My step-daughter, when she was 17 found a lump, she had it checked out and it was nothing to worry abt ( like most lumps found) I can understand her being so worried cos you automatically think of the big C. I am sure she will be fine!!

Please keep us posted.
