Thanks for everyones help yesterday but now am faced with another problem!
I have been told that the Peter Dye I am searching for has died. May 2008 but I can't find a record of this. Do the records on the internet only go up to a certain year?

Yes. You cannot see the death reg details for the last 5 years.
