:-) that Rose made me smile .. a) I love the song but also I would have called a boy after my dad grandad Ggrand and GGG to the x of how many they were John, Joseph John Joseph or Joseph John,
I dread to think of the 1st name mind but any kids I had would have had a Turner 3rd/ dual surname which is common in my tree.

I might have just called my boy Turner as a 1st name as did many in my tree

Daniel, was my uncle, my grandfather, gt grandfather and gt gt lol... and I liked it :)...and because of the song 'Danny Boy' which I have always loved :)

Rose if you hadn't said the song I wouldn't have thought . I like Gina, so why did you chose Dan ?

making this worse or not my 2nd OH 's initials were RAT ...didn't she think ..
My present MIL was sensible and made sure the initials are ART

Don't worry still have JMT monogrammed stuff from boarding school ..well why waste money lol

If Dan had been a girl she would have been Gina Rose... partly from the song 'And then there was Gina' Bobby Goldsboro.

I never really thought about boys but he would have been named John Turner as his 2nd and 3rd names so I guess I wouldn't have broken with tradition there.

I if I ever had a girl would have called her Alona Sheridan ....althought I dropped the Sheridan when my sis used it . please don't ask me why I would have chosen Alona but believe me anytime during my child bearing years that poor girl was gonna be Alona. I would have given her a second name like Fred lol that she could have used instead lol
