At the moment, I would probably say it. Too much blood if I had to bite on my tongue (or sit on my hands, even) and why should I spill my (metaphorical) blood because others casually use sweeping statements which include me as a *those people* and then get up their own when they are challenged.

Bah humbug.

So I am off to bed early just in case........
