yipeeeee, horrrrah, yipeeeeeeeee and several more woops of excitement.

Got on the scales at slimming club last night and after 11, nearly 12 years of walking around with that infernal post baby weight I have lost one stone.
It doesnt sound a lot but the difference it makes is amazing. No longer does OH or offfspring have to winch me in to zipped garments, nor do I have to try and cover such a large spare tyre.

Im still a size 14 but a comfortable one and best of all my bmi and waist measurments are at last within healthy range.
Got free membership as well for getting to my personal goal weight. Yipeeeeeeeeee.

PS I would love to be a size 10/12 but read an artical that ladies of a certain age can either have a saggy lined face or a bit of weight. charming! Think Ill stay as I am ( dont want to look saggy and baggy like dear old bagpuss the pink cat) and have never been a size 10/12 since Primary School. lol

Off to do my daily walk now.

Oh Im soooooooo excited ha ha ha.
Help im sounding like the size 0 celebs!!!!!!!!!!!
Better go and try and calm down as I exhausted friends,family and the good members of GR with the news. Even I am getting on my nerves now:)
