Oh what a shame Julie Ann we know how much you have missed him. He will soon be home though and you will be extra pleased to see him. Sorry to hear about the car as well, nothing but expense for you today then with having to hire a car as well.

Look on the positive side (yes there is one) at the airport 3 of you would be sharing hugs with your son. This way you will have them all to yourself while someone makes a cuppa. LOL

Oh Julie Ann
We all know how much you've been waiting for this day.
When on our way home at the weekend I even thought that you would be on much the same route in a couple of days.

I hope all will be well and he is safely home.

thanks guys for all your lovely thoughts,

he got home just after 1.30.
grandaughter ran out to give him hug, and hugged him all down the drive till he sat her on his lap in the house, which was sweet,
she then went all girly and shy on him,

then i got to give him hugs and kisses, which was nice,
im so envious of his tan,
hes golden brown now,

dispite me thinking his washing would of been taken care of , lmao
im delutional
he dumped a load of smelly socks and other bits in middle of my room,
the socks were seperate in a bag, !!!!!!!!!!!!
i not sure i can wash the fousty smell out
eek,

still glad hes home safe and sound,
xxxx

and daughter was here just after i got home off the breakdwn truck, and my howie too, thankfully , i needed them both here,

Probably as well you didn't go to the airport Julie, just think how you would have embarrassed him, with all the soppy stuff, boys just hate that don't they lol?

Glad he is home safe, and that you can get the car fixed ok, one of ours died when the cambelt snapped a few years ago :>(( Just wasn't worth repairing.

I am sure the socks will be fine after you've washed them and hung them out in the air. Your lad was obviously having far too good a time to wash socks lol

Lol... my boys absolutely love the soppy stuff, and even their friends can't wait to get hugged when they see me. I don't think Julie Ann's boy would have been in the slightest bit embarrassed, to be honest... Welsh boys tend to be dead soppy with their Mams, lol

So pleased your lovely dad and daughter were with you.... what a homecoming he had, lol.

Love
