someone gets there car broke into,the car thief breaks the door lock,smashes the column to get to ignition.does,nt get car started and leaves prints all over ,police catch the thief.
chancess are he,ll get a slap on the wrist.

can the thief be sued,for damage to vehicle,stress caused by having to find new way to work as well as getting child to minders.etc etc etc ......can he be sued? xx

some low life broke in to our GTO tried to steal it
but couldnt get the doors open
as it has lanbaginni doors that go up in the air
not open outwards he must of tugged for ages poor dimbat
when he broke the window he cut himself and i mean cut himself
and the police said they wouldn't come out
just give us a crime number
so we said inside the car is like a blood bath which it was
so they came out and took samples for DNA
what happened he got finned and had to pay us compensation
but as he was by then serving a prison sentence for summit else
he paid the first 20 pounds of our compensation then nothing else
he was taken back to court for non payment
of this and his fines
and the judge decided he had to serve another two weeks
to run concurrent with the time he was serving
in other words
it was scrapped but still cost us £240 for the window
plus we had to send away for a new radio and dash board

COULD we sue him privately NO we couldn't

You wont get nowt Joyous and its clear who ever hasnt got nowt either or they wouldnt want to steal a motor.
