Twist it in your hand, if it comes away easily it is ready, if you have to pull it, it isn't

i have 3 big ones up to now and lots more to come

thats cucumbers
and enough tomatoes to feed the third world

I have one red tomato and one green tomato ...

We have had runner beans though - yummy.

jill ive had 1 redish tumbling one and ive got a orange big one and three green
joy ive got cucmber flowers will i still get cucumbers this time of year xx

but i would tickle the flowers with a feather to assist pollination

We have got so many tomatoes now, tumblers, plum, yellow that we can't keep up with them. Feast or famine as usual.
