Why cant I see my tree ?

Hi everyone . I just wondered if anyone could help me with the problem I have of not being able to access my tree . Every time I click 'Go to my tree' nothing happens . I would be grateful for any advise . Many thanks Mark

try allowing the pop ups thats what i had to do

Hello mark install ADOBE FLASH PLAYER its free to install it helps with checking scrips and records cheers you can goggle it then install
