Hi David I cannot access it either on my laptop with Firefox but I can open it with Safari. Even though it is all up to date and everything downloaded on it to view the 1911 census. But I can open it on my computer with Firefox.

GR don't have the original images but if you can't get the transcription up either you'll need to contact GR.

I'm puzzled why I can't access the 1911 census here despite having fairly recently paid the full Platinium subscription.

Any idea please folks?
