I have one who was tried for bigamy and then acquitted - complicated little story, but the details were in The Times in 1869.

You may be able to access the Timesonline through your local library - otherwise post a few more details and someone will take a look for you.

Lol i havent got any of that .... the only
thing that i have in my tree is that my G/grandmother
had a baby to someone else , before she married my G/grandfather
other than that nothing ... they all seem whiter than white lolol

I have what i believe to be a case of Bigamy in the late 1880's (surname Murray) I would like someone to check that the details I have researched are correct Can anyone help
