use of 'hidden'....

I know that I'm guilty of not having dates of death for some relatives who would now be 150 or more years old if still alive. This means that some of my relatives will be showing as living and therefore "hidden". I'm trying to work my way through them and put in a speculative date of death (usually based on 100 years after birth) |

has anybody noticed that there has been a huge increase in the use of 'hidden' which, I thought, was intended to protect living relatives instead of those who died 100-150 years ago or, if you don't want to share your info, then what are you doing anyway. |
