Hi All, only just been able to get back to this thread. I am stringing beans from the allotment, to prepare for the freezer.
Last week, on our local radio, the 'wee fat baldy one', that's my Scottish childhood vernacular coming to the fore, Greg, was floggin' his new book. A self-confessed 'sweet-toother' his book is all about puddings. I think it is £17.99., so will wait until it is on special at T***co at about £9.99. I only reckon to buy one cook book a year.
However, I would not like him or the other one, to eat at my dinner table. Their manners are atrocious. The size of the portions they push into their mouths when trying contestants offerings, would feed a third world country. No sooner is it in their mouths, they are opining what thay can/cannot taste. They must be the Jilly Goolden's of the foodie world. How can they give an opinion, when they have not really tasted the offering.!!.
Just my opinion, but will watch to the end, and see who the winner is to be. LOL

Well, I think that the guests should have been told that they were Blue Peter ones (made earlier) rather than made by Lisa otherwise they'd have thought she was better than she actually was.
