	I staved my toe this morning and it is very painful. OH is laughing and asking 'what will you do next'? I have it wrapped up with a vinegar bandage.

	Aw Chris I sympathise cos I broke my 2nd toe on right foot about 3 weeks ago. I accidently kicked the breakfast bar base as I got on the stool. Yes it hurts... Tricia

	Marion - I was brought up on vinegar for bruises/sprains etc. Passed the knowledge to g.children! Funny enough Rita just put walking stick in cupboard yesterday as for past few weeks managed to walk without it - you can see OH's laughter!!

	Hi Chris. I've never tried it.What do you do? I've used a gold ring on a stye,soap and sugar or bread and bicarb for a poltice(sp)whisky soaked cotton wool for toothache.

	Susan....My mother-in-law went to Dr years ago, he brought out a big book. She thought he was going to look something up....and he whacked her lol

	Talking about the DRs.........my friend went to the DRs a couple of weeks ago because he was suffering with very painful knees. The DR asked if it was affecting his "Relations" Oh no he said..............i still get to vist them once a week!!! Gods honest, i needed breathing apparatus!!!
