All B's and C's in GCSE's except for Maths (D). Not bad for someone with a lot of predicted U's before Christmas !!

All of her hard work this year has paid off. Knew she could do it.

I now have a house full of teens watching Jeremy Kyle.

Well done to her...

And she could always resit her maths? My son missed his maths last year and as he wanted to go on to HE he needed at least a 'C'

I got him some home tutition and he sailed through the resit

Contact the school if she's up to resitting, they will give you dates etc

Today....celebrate!!!!

Just got back from college with her EMA forms. She has a confirmed place in Science but her prefered choice is Games Technology - still waiting to hear. Whichever course she goes on she wants to resit Maths.

She was diagnosed with ADHD towards the end of last year and it was only when she was given the correct medication that she was able to knuckle down with her school work. Since then she has worked like a trojan to to catch up with her course work and her concentration had increased enough to take her exams with the proper frame of mind.

She is so looking forward to college.
