Member Since: August 2009 Posts: 771 Send Message	I am using a works provided computer to access GR but I have checked the protocol and do not believe that I am in breach of any of the rules. However, it does mean that I can't download any updates as I don't have administrator powers. In the last couple of weeks or so I have noticed that when looking at either my tree or someone else's, and doing a search by name the name comes up but when I click on it I can't open the details. I get the little box at the bottom left of the screen showing a yellow triangle and saying "error on page". I think its something to do with javascript but I'm not sure. Can anyone help please? For example, I'm now trying to flesh out details of my relatives but if I go to my tree and search for John Smith, born 1800, his name will appear but I can't access the record to be able to add any notes. Hope this makes sense and that someone can advise. Many thanks

Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 310 Send Message	Hi, It could be a problem with the pop up blocker status, try checking that. I had a problem accessing GR on work pc and then it blocked the site completely because it reckoned it was webmail. I had to get our systems people to grant the access for me.
