Yes -as long as it smells OK I would cook it quickly. I would thoroughly cook it not just brown it.

I bought a large colume of steak mince on Monday (tea-time) and it was freshly minced in front of me; i forgot to put it in the freezer and it has been in the fridge.
It smells ok; will it be ok to brown it off and then freeze?
