	Do you mean www.gro.gov.uk, or is there is specific place in Liverpool? This is the address from the Liverpool council website Liverpool Register Office The Cotton Exchange Old Hall Street Liverpool L3 9UF United Kingdom The blurb says they can issue copy or duplicate birth, marriage or death certificates. The email address on the page is [email protected], but might be only to arrange ceremonies...it's not very clear. http://www.liverpool.gov.uk/Registrars_office/index.asp Not sure if that helps you or not.
