If a name is deleted from hot matches, does that person also disappear from contacts with all their mails?

No - just the hot match list.

If you want to delete the contact entirely, you have to delete them as a contact, which I think deletes the correspondence their end which you have exchanged. But you have to manually delete the messages from your own in and sent box if you haven't already.

Depends:
1/ they have left site,so yes
2/ they have deleted their tree,so no.
3/ they have uploaded a new gedcom,so no.

There is no direct link between Hotmatches and Contacts, so whatever you do on one side does not affect the other. Excepting that, when viewing Hotmatches, you can see if the other member is already a contact.

Thanks all, I just get frustrated that the hot matches always loads, (even when using the back button,) with the hottest matches first instead of -No-.
If you want to alter the order, you have to do it every blooming ntime you go back to the pages.
