*scratches just at the thought of the flannel skirt* lolol

I love cawl....

Ynysybwl.... OMG... that got me the push from the GPO when I was being monitored one day at the end of my training... I could not say * I have a call for you from an Ynysybwl call office, will you accept the charge* wmsl at the memory!! Myself and the girl next to me ended up in hysterics... we were both sacked... an hour later the union declared the postal strike over... so all those trainees taken on for the duration were oe by one dismissed over the next few days, starting with all the married with no children yet, and engaged ones as I was... and we had no union to back us as we were trainees, lolol

Enjoy Spamalot. xxx

Lol Chris...There are actually only a couple of dormice, as well. And I mean, a couple!! Not even in the tens, leave alone the hundreds or thousands. I think I am not far off the mark if I say just two...

And the whole thing would have been unnecessary had it not been for the fact that a golf course needed to be tweaked ready for the Ryder cup. So as there are dormice in the one area being tweaked, and it formed part of their route from one place to another... well, it had to be done. It is just a couple of miles up the road from me. They have turned a roundabout near me into a golfcourse themed flower and sandpit. I think all the local wildlife love it, lolol

Annie, reporters who go in for national stereotypes generally have nothing better in the way of writing skills or original thought, so I just feel sorry for them. They can't help being literally challenged, lolol

A bridge has been built at a cost of £190,000 to enable dormice(endangered species) to cross the road. Full page article in today's M..l and I try to quote reporter who says - I envisage a group of dilerious dormice on the bridge followed by a brass band and a male voice choir all whistling to the theme from The Bridge over the river Kwai!
