not sure Monty whether it is the best offer. Someone mentioned you could get FTM platinum with 6 months ancestry with Tesco clubcards a while back for £15 in tesco clubcards....in fact i googled and found this:

That's if you have a Tesco club card with all those points though.

lol SRS I was going to say yes and then saw your post.

Compared with the cost of FTM 2010 and 6mths ancestry it probably isn't bad at all ...but what does platinum give you?

Is platinum when you get 6 months membership as opposed to 3? I'll have to investigate.

Platinum is the level on Ancestry as to what records are accessible.

Not sure what it gives as I have world cover because I have a lot of travellers in my family tree.
