How Can I Clean my Leather Suite Please

Just a quick general question, I have a cream leather suite and usually clean it with Johnsons Baby Bath, as advised by a friend, but I have noticed that it is still quite dirty in places. (Generally the well used parts).

Just wondered if anyone can recommend anything to use to give it a good deep down clean without the pain and expense of professional cleaners. The furniture store where I bought it only sells wipes which dont seem much use when it is ingrained.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Marilyn

I bought one of those leather cleaning kits from the shopping channels that you spray the washing fliud on and then wipe off ,works s treat on my cream Leather suite. I then use the conditioner that is part of the kit . You must keep the leather supple otherwise it wil dry out and crack

Saddle soap is specifically designed to clean leather.
I (when I had one) used to clean my leather coat with it!!
Put it on using the 'scrubby' side of those kitchen sponges you can buy, and wipe/rinse off using a dishcloth.

Thanks again for all your comments, I have looked on Amazon and they are selling a well recommended Land of Leather Cleaning Kit for £12.00, should be £45. Might try that if all else fails.

*** Update *** Woah, just tried Simple baby wipes, (courtesy of daughter lol) and they have brought the dirt off brilliantly. Might just invest in some conditioning cream for it too. Thanks for tips
