Still quite warm here in North Wales during the day but definately nippy at night and early morning.

I absolutely refuse to put the ch on in September. Have told the famiy to wear an extra layer for some time yet.

Bit chilly in the morning here - It must be 'cos the cats are snuggled up to me on the bed.
I'm so glad I can't really feel it until I've been awake for a couple of hours.
This is someone who walks to work in short sleeves - then, when I get to work I put a cardigan on and complain about the cold!

I wear jeans and a fleece in the evening - no heating on yet!

That's the way to do it when it starts to get chilly

the days are just becoming lighter in the morning and night here but no improvement in the weather yet, cold and rainy but after being in drought for 12 years or so no one's complaining!

Hopefully the sun will appear soon and it will feel like Spring!

Morning All, sorry I am late on parade this morning, but have got rid of the OH for the day, and have been catching up on my PM's and e-mails while it is quiet.
A bit of a mixed bag here weatherwise at the moment, but it is decidedly cooler, particularly at night ,but I take each day as it comes. I have not turned the heating on YET.
If it is fine, I go out and do some outdoor work, as I am gradually emptying the hanging baskets and window boxes in readyness for the winter.
However, if it is rainy and or blowy, as it was yesterday afternoon, I work indoors, avoiding the dreaded h*****work for as long as I can, but doing arboreal work on the computer, instead.
I can tell I am beginning to get into winter mode, as I have been shuffling my knitting patterns and needles.
I feel an Aran juumper coming on LOLOL, for this afternoon, whilst HE is still out.
Take care all

Edit : For our JOY, I love the Harvest Festival times, and that is one of my favourite hymns
