would anyone know how to accsess adoption records as not getting much joy from local authorities there must be an easier way thanks |

Only the adoptee can access their records and these become closed when the person dies . |

my partner is the adoptee and trying to find how to gain acsess (cant spell)to try to find info on mother had records 20 years ago but lost them cant remember how s he got them any help would be appriciated thanks |
