Hi Shirley thankyou for that tip.I have just tried
it and there was just one.I got in touch about a year ago and got a angry reply. He said he was
fed up getting emails as he had left genes
over a year ago.
So i am all alone.Jonathan Hicks must be
looking down from above saying only one, just
one researcher.

Amos ...lyou are not alone I have Hicks in my tree but what you need to remember is that we would need to go back to Adam and eve to link our families and not everyone in the hicks family are looking at their trees!!

Now if you are looking for a William williams or a John smith you are alone coz you need a huge amount of detail to make sure you have the right one!!!

Good Luck and feel free to Pm me for info it you need help

Good Morning Amos, don't know if you are aware, but Thorney is the site of the Huguenot Settlement. You possibly need to access their records.
