It may be blip that you wil have to get genes to sort out for you. Have you tried logging out of Genes .leaving it for a few minutes then log back in again.

Can anyone help? Made a mess earlier tonight and entered one family member 4 times without realising this had happened. My tree is now not coming up so I can't correct the error.
