Was about to leave for Birmingham to visit son and family, we have the little man for the day:o))))
Stood up and ouch my back went, we had hoped it would be ok, but an hour in the car would'nt have done it any good....so after a few tears and phone calls we still here:o((((
Just taken some medication and might try and have a snooze.

Oh Jude..Sorry to hear of your pain and disappointment, but I think you were wise to cancel the journey. I have had that trouble in the past and know that even smooth car rides are not comfortable.

I hope you feel alot better soon.

Jude I sympathise, suffered a lot with my back and know how panful it can be. Very wise not to risk the journey, there will be others as soon as your back is better I'm sure. Hope it gets better soon.

Back is about the same although a bit easier earlier. l'm at doctors on Fri to get xray results from hip/back checking on arthritus.
Fred...l do hope the missus gets sorted quickly!!
l'm being quite good, honest!! laying on the floor, moving about so l don't get too stiff.
