Handwritten entry on Birth Register

My ancestor Thomas Bellingham Freeman seems to be listed on 2 birth registers. Firstly 1st Q 1889 and its handwritten on the bottom, I then find him again in 1st Q 1896, I have also found a baptism in 1894!!!

Any Ideas????

probably a late registration in 1896 but the cert will show his correct birth date of 1889

Researching:
Surname Fahse. Germany. Essex .South East London My avatar is one of our wedding photos of 1957

Thanks for your replies, I guessed that it would of been a late registration but 7 years late??? god knows what they got up to in those days, it seems that this Annie Freeman was quite a character with all the other things I have found out about her!!!!

KG I had found the marriage in 1889, but did not realise Thomas snr had been married before, could you let me have the details that you have found??

Thanks, I have just been reading about that on Ancestry too!! I have emailed the tree owner to see if they know what happened to Thomas after his wife Sarah died. I have a very complex family tree and have had so much trouble with everyone of them!!!
