Hi Cynthia, I'll definitely ask her if she has been making suggestions - I'm sure she has!
Although 'only' admin, I'll take a look at it myself tomorrow at work.
I did a degree in Education 11 years ago - and focussed on special needs

.....then there are the forgotten - elderly people with Autism who go on to develop Dementia or Altzheimers.
We have training for carers/care managers in dealing with this very delicate situation, both physically and mentally.
I shall be watching a refresher session (purely out of interest- no cost to anyone) in October/November.
