To the merry tune of €98 for 2 dogs they are once again fully vaccinated and passported.

I think that's cheap. I'm sure it was dearer last year but not complaining.

I know some think I'm mad paying it out each year to keep the passports alive when I never take them anywher, but I think it's wise as that way should we need to return to the UK urgently it's sorted ......shame mine isn't lol

edit to say it was €96 not 98 !

where i live the vets do a scheme you pay £100

and get the rest of your vaccs for free for the rest of the dogs life

My daughter does the same.She lived in Lanzarote and took in a stray dog that adopted them.They got him a passport.They have now come back here and he has come with them.They have taken him back twice.The only thing they have not changed his chip,so if he goes missing he will be heading back to Lanza lol Annie

lol Annie could just imagine the poor dog passport in paw heading back to lanzarote.

Jean I certainly wouldn't want to leave them, which is the reason I keep their jabs up to date.

Joy I've read about that scheme and it does sound good shame they don't do something similar over here. Mind I would wonder if that would include the passport jab needed (rabies) aswell as the annual ones.
