If it is a genuine PayPal message it will be addressed to you personally, using your PayPal user name.

If it is anonymous i.e. Dear PayPal User, or similar then it is a scam. Under no circumstances try to reply or follow any of the links on the message.

Just had an email from them saying l could have a £5 voucher for Woolworths, plus free printing etc.....LOL
