I may be in the minority here but I hate hot weather and dont mind dark nights. I like light nights as well but hate summer and baking hot weather. When the newsreader says hot weather is on its way my heart sinks. I like to sunny days when it is cool at the same time in autumn and winter. Winter sun.

Dear All

Hello

Yes, its the official day of autumn.

Don't despair.

This is the time when the time between day and night are of equal length.

Though the daylight hours gradually get shorter, there is still more energy around as this is the season of preparation for harvest.

The emphasis is on thanks and settling debts so you can start afresh.

This is a time to correct mistakes and putting things to rights.

Globally, rituals concentrate on practical steps to get enough food, shelter and resources for vulnerable communities and people in need.

Those who have a belief system of any kind, look at how peace can be achieved and also how to protect the wildife.

Oh, and if you have s small amount of time, walk through a local park to see the colours on the tree leaves changing.

See the beauty in nature.

Take gentle care all
Very best wishes
xx
