I have a puppy that`s very naughty and i am at a loss as what to do with him.

Little devil is a murderer ~i now have to watch him all the time in the garden otherwise he chases and kills birds ~tonight the phone went and i went and answered it ~momemts later i heard my daughter screaming ~yep he had a bird.

Not sure as what to do with him.

Have you tried taking him to puppy classes?.....teaches you, and him.

He's fast. Our last dog (a pointer cross) when about 6 months old we began to notice a lot of white feathers around the garden. He had managed to pull the tail feathers from pigeons and doves. Four tailess birds we took to the sanctuary cost a fortune, giving a donation each time. After that summer he never did it again.

never had that problem with dogs, although I do have a killer cat
my puppy 16 weeks now, is just a p**ing machinel ,
could you put a bell on his collar at least it will give the poor birds some notice of him coming.
We have put 2 bells on our cat and it does seem to be working she is not happy about it though!!

Lizz, have you tried squirting him with a water pistol when he goes after the birds, a short cold jet of water might deter him.
