I did Suemaid and Im about halfway through watching it now. We have a TV downstairs but I don't get to watch it. We have 3 teens and its not easy to get TV and the Tv in my room is DVD player so I rely on iplayer. |

I suppose I probably watch less tv than I used to, but I would miss it if I didn't have one...for things like QI and property programmes ( I'm nosy), history stuff, and some of the old favourites that are repeated... I wallow a bit in Monarch of the Glen at the moment, nice and 'comfortable' with stunning scenery :) |

Just out of curiosity Footie - why not have a telly if you watch stuff on iplayer anyway. Didn't you put up a thread about a new drama? |

I did see a drama about it on iplayer. The road to coronation street I think it was called. I recognised some of the names from when Nan used to watch. |

errr no ! lol, but he is quite sweet in his own way...perhaps just a little dull for some but then there is a certain attraction in 'constancy' I think? ( the character that is, can't speak for the actor lol) |

I've seen him in a number of old shows - you're right he hasn't changed much. Never had movie star good looks:-)) |
