Ninion Twose was my Mother, she unfortunately died aged 58 back in 1981, my father Thomas McPhee died in 1980, the main mystery surrounds David a brother I never knew existed until some years later. Information regarding him is very vague. I know he died very young, what of I don't know and who his father was? So I can understand my father adopted him, that's all I know. Any help and guidence would be appreciated.

But it is unlikely that his birth father is named. The birth father would have to be present at the registration for that to occur, and there doesn't seem to be another David K with a different surname registered in the same quarter or district.

The BC is likely to show the mother's name and her occupation if she had one, usual address, and where and when the child was born. It is unlikely that there are any details for the father.
