Ive phoned up and said I'll pay in small installments or not at all, and its been accepted. But for families who will sit and worry, or owe a lot more, its an awful time. :-(

	yes this system is a bloody joke .. Those who need it get it then out of the blue they over paid you and you have to pay it back out of what!!! As a family we wished we had never applied for it ..its been give and take for years and our situation doesnt change ...

	I read they were going to have to write shed loads of overpayments off as its going to be an impossible task to try and enforce it in some cases.!
