I wish they'd do their job properley in the first place instead of demanding £2000 from me by next month. Ive phoned up and said I'll pay in small installments or not at all, and its been accepted. But for families who will sit and worry, or owe a lot more, its an awful time. :-(

yes this system is a bloody joke ..
Those who need it get it then out of the blue they over paid you and you have to pay it back out of what!!!

As a family we wished we had never applied for it ..its been give and take for years and our situation doesnt change ...

I read they were going to have to write shed loads of overpayments off as its going to be an impossible task to try and enforce it in some cases.!
