he says you an do it same way as a turnip , boil or roast or mash it like a swede, did that for Lissy and told her the swede had lost its colour and she ate it and thought was swede lol

helps having a hubby that does all the cooking and he an ex chef so can make edible stuff out of things i would probably throw away

was lovely yesterday but still very yummy today had it with homegrown beetroot, and kohl rabi, yorkies and peas.

Now hubby making apple fritters with apples off the tree in garden.
